The much anticipated Publico – a new restaurant located at 11 Dorchester Street – will be opening its on Tuesday, February 28th!  Think globally inspired food, creative craft cocktails and an interior that is mid-century meets rustic.  The menu features snacks like empanadas, tacos, and bacaliao fritters, pizzettas, small sharable plates of steamed mussels, ceviche, and larger plates like steak frites, bolognese and mahi mahi!

Publico’s Adult bevy menu features handcrafted cocktails like the Goose &Gander – Grey Goose, Aperol, St. Germain and lemon or the Market Day made with Bully Boy Gin, St. George Spiced Pear, Littet Blanc, Honey and lemon.  Cocktails range in price from $11-$12.  Also on the menu beer – draft, bottle and cans, and eclectic wine list!

They will be open for dinner daily at 5pm-Tuesday – Sunday 5pm-12am.  Serving food until 10pm Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and on Thursday, Friday and Saturday until 11.  Closed monday.  Brunch will be coming soon for Saturday and Sunday!

    I agree, menu looks pretty awful, but I went last night, and other than that, the place was absolutely gorgeous. To my surprise after looking at the menu, the samples going around were very tasty. Extremely happy to have this place right next door!

    Wow what an uninspiring menu! Tries too hard to be sophisticated. How about some substance!

    I just moved from this area last year because there weren’t any decent spots to have a glass of wine without the game on. Kinda sad I left. This looks like exactly what was missing. Maybe not everybody’s style, but there are plenty of sports bars with nachos, wings and beers already.
