Sip and shop! Southie turns pink for the Ellie Fund!  Make a plan to sip and shop your way around Southie on Thursday, October 15th from 6pm to 8pm.  Some local South Boston businesses will be participating in the Southie Turns Pink Shopping Night Out!   A portion of the sales will be donated directly to the Ellie Fund – a local non-profit dedicated to providing critical services including childcare, grocery shopping and meal deliveries to patients with breast cancer and their families.   Habit, Ku De Ta, Wears + Wares, Pretty Reckless will be serving up some pink drinks and snacks and 20% of all sales will go directly to the Ellie Fund. The Beauty Bar will have pink hair extensions to brighten up your do for a $10 donation.   Raise your glass to the Ellie Fund at Lincoln Tavern and Loco Taqueria.  For the entire month of October, be on the lookout for specialty pink cocktails and order one (or two) up!  $2 from each one sold will go directly to the Ellie Fund.  Spend a little money for an amazing cause!  For more information about Do Good and the Ellie Fund, visit: http://elliefund.org
