Be informed.  NSTAR  is hosting a community meeting about area upgrades on Monday, January 12th at 7pm at the Tynan School - 650 East Fourth Street.  There is also a meeting on Monday at 6pm for the project at 728 East Broadway which includes the possible expansion of the Boston Beer Garden.
