Hit the great outdoors with Regan’s Motivated Fitness! This boot camp is the perfect balance of fun and fitness and covers everything from strength, core, cardio and guarantees results! The Boston Athletic Club is taking workout out to the great outdoors with two awesome workouts! Head to Thomas Park on Tuesdays and utilize the landscape of the park – like hills and stairs – as well as additional equipment, to give you a great cardio and conditioning workout! On Wednesdays at 10am Join Alexis Gates for Summertime Sweat at Marine Park on Farragut Road! It will be an outdoor bootcamp full body workout & it’s only $10!! No sign up required, just show up with some water and a great attitude! This class is open to EVERYONE! All BAC members and non BAC members are welcome so bring your favorite workout buddy!
