Please join Caught In Southie in welcoming The Beauty Bar to the neighborhood!  Located at 699 East Broadway (formally Spa Christine) The Beauty Bar is officially open for business and ready to meet all your beautifying needs.  We’ve been pouring over the salon and spa’s menu, and have already booked eyelash extensions and collagen anti-aging facials!  There’s been construction going on at the spot over the summer, we know you’re all just dying to get the scoop on everything The Beauty Bar has to offer, so let us break it down for you.

Owned and operated by Southie’s own Dyan La Rosa (yay for local entrepreneurs) The Beauty Bar offers everything you need to not look someone who haunts houses and/or has completely given up.  Hair care, hair color, smoothing and straightening, waxing, spray tans, facials, eyelash extensions, makeup application, The Beauty Bar can help you look like a million bucks without an Instagram filter.  Speaking of Instagram, The Beauty Bar is playing along with our Instagram Challenge, so be on the lookout for some gift certificate prizes!

Dyan La Rosa is OFS and couldn’t be happier to be back in the hood.  Just this morning she told me, “I’m home and it feels like I never left.  I get to walk to work every day and love bumping into my neighbors and friends, both old and new.  I’m happy to be back!”  Swing by The Beauty Bar to check out the amazing renovations (I had no idea it was so big), the services and products (the Champagne O’clock bag they have is EVERYTHING) they offer, and say hi to Dyan.  If you feel weird just walking into the salon (you shouldn’t, but whatevs) The Beauty Bar crew will be out for the South Boston Street Festival with some special surprises, so take advantage!  I’ll list The Beauty Bar’s social media accounts below, give them a follow!
