Rock the boat! Enjoy a summer’s night on the high seas aboard the Provincetown II.  On Thursday, July 6th from 7pm to 10:00pm,  help support the South Boston Boys & Girls club with a night of fun featuring three decks worth of entertainment! Boat leaves from Commonwealth Pier.  Boarding begins at 6:30pm The night will also include raffles and a silent auction.  All proceeds will support the summer programs at the club.  Tickets for the event can be purchased on their website here! $25.00 each/$20 for group sales (10 or more) and seniors.  For more information contact Pattie at [email protected] or 617.516.5442.  Must be 21 and over – id’s checked at gate!

Sneak peek! Dying to see the much anticipated World War II thriller Dunkirk?  Well, you can sneak a peek at the first 5 minutes of the film on July 4th at Copley Square.  This new Christopher Nolan movie tells the story of Allied Troops being rescued from the beaches of Dunkirk and stars Tom Hardy, Cillian Murphy, Kenneth Branagh, and Harry Styles – formerly of One Direction.  Guest can preview the movie’s first five minutes in a Cinetransformer trailer featuring a 15-foot screen and 87 moving seats for an immersive experience. If you are an active or retired military personnel you will get to skip the line!  They will also be giving out movie swag including t-shirts and posters.  Dunkirk will open in theaters on July 21.

Happy Birthday America!  Watch the Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular!  The fun begins at 7pm on WBZ Channel 4. At 8pm Keith Lockhart will take center stage along with the Boston Pops Orchestra featuring a performances by Pop star Andy Grammer and singer/songwriter Melissa Etheridge.  At10:30 the fireworks begin!God Bless America!
