Junk food and ashes.  It’s Fat Tuesday, a hedonistic day to gorge yourself with food and drink before the kick-off of lent on Ash Wednesday so get it in! Get into the flow!  Radiant Yoga wants you back on your mat! Eat and drink!  The much anticipated Publico – a new restaurant located at 11 Dorchester Street – will be opening its on Tuesday, February 28th!  Think globally inspired food, creative craft cocktails and an interior that is mid-century meets rustic.  The menu features snacks like empanadas, tacos, and bacaliao fritters, pizzettas, small sharable plates of steamed mussels, ceviche, and larger plates like steak frites, bolognese and mahi mahi! Publico’s Adult bevy menu features handcrafted cocktails like the Goose &Gander – Grey Goose, Aperol, St. Germain and lemon or the Market Day made with Bully Boy Gin, St. George Spiced Pear, Littet Blanc, Honey and lemon.  Cocktails range in price from $11-$12.  Also on the menu beer – draft, bottle and cans, and eclectic wine list!

Jab, hook, uppercut!  This week will be the last week to tryout for the Annual St. Patrick’s Day Boxing Show.  Interested kids should show up on Tuesday or Friday at 3pm at Peter Welch’s Gym.  The event takes place on Saturday, March 11th at 6pm at PWG.
