100% Pinot Blanc, a rare varietal you don’t often find blended in Champagne, let alone one thats nothing but! Roland Piollot and his wife Dominique Moreau work passionately; entirely by hand and naturally in the vineyard and no additives in the cellar in the Aube. Full-bodied, bready, persistent bubble, notes of lemon peel and nectarine.
La Closerie “Fac-simile” Rose Champagne $160 (Natural)
Jerome Prevost makes one wine, this rose and its white equivalent. 100% Pinot Meunier, from a single vineyard of older vines southwest of Reims. Incredible depth, fine bead, notes of earth, rose hips and umami for days.

From a tiny village named Susegana, located an hour north of Venice is one of our favorite bubble! Exclusively available at Social Wines. Aromas of spring flowers, pears and fresh white peaches. Vivacious bubbles, crisp acidity and rich body.
