The Bees Knees

The Fort Point neighborhood of South Boston seems to be ever changing and growing these days.  The Bees Knees Supply Co., a gourmet food and specialty shop has opened its doors at 12 Farnsworth Street.  Southie resident, Jason Owens is the brains behind this delicious operation.  The new storefront will carry farm-fresh local produce, cheeses, meats, ready to go prepared foods.   In addition, there will be an open kitchen and a  full-time chef preparing to-go meals and take-out dinners, cooking classes, and special wine dinners and tastings. 

Blue Tierra Chocolates - formerly of West Broadway has joined forces with Bees Knees to be their exclusive chocolatier.  In addition, Jamaica Plain ice cream company Batch will be supplying the ice cream at The Bees Knees. Stop by and check it out!
