Goodbye Williams Tavern and My Diner! 

“I was born down on A Street….”  A Street has seen lots of change with the addition of the State Street Building, 900 plus car garage, and now there are two more proposed developments for this street.   

69 A Street will feature a mixed-use commercial development with office/retail space and a fitness club.  Formerly the Standard Rivet Company, this building will add on a three-story addition to the the existing brick and beam structure and a six story extension in the rear.  To get the full details visit:

100 A Street is proposed for a 9-unit condominium building with commercial space.  The Residences at One Hundred A Street will have 8 two-bedroom condos. and 1 four-bedroom condo.  There is a common roof deck and one private roof deck.  This proposed project will be built on a triangular site at the corner of A and West Third and West Second Street.  There will be parking for 18 cars.   The Residences at 100 A Street will take over the spot where Williams Tavern and My Diner are located.
