Bank robberies in Southie

Another bank was robbed on West Broadway – this time Citizens Bank at 441 West Broadway late Tuesday afternoon. This is the third time in two months a bank on West Broadway has been robbed. The Sovereign Bank at 474 West Broadway was robbed twice in August. What’s up with that?

According the Boston police the suspect in the Citizens Bank robbery is white male, 40-50 years old, bald, wearing glasses, a black hat, a black jacket and black pants.

West Broadway is the arm pit of South Boston. If you have been in the CVS down there you know exactly what I am talking about. The Dollar Store needs to go, along with the rest of the block.

Is this new? banks been getting robbed in Southie since before my father was born… nothing new here i even remembera few summbers ago there were three in just over a week. whats the big deal??
