A kiteboarder needed to be rescued to safety on Friday afternoon. At approximately 4pm, BFD and BPD responded to a call for a kite boarder struggling in Pleasure Bay. According to Southie scanner – the kiteboader was refusing the help but eventually was pulled to safety.
