BPD responded to a report of a gunshot victim around 8pm Sunday at Peninsula Place in the Harbor Point neighborhood (right next to UMass Boston). The victim was shot in the head. Boston Police are asking residents who might have any information to call 617-343-4470.
Good luck to Wynn Development on the McCormick rehab, it’s going to to take a lot more than stainless steel finishes and amenities to get people to buy in to that location.

You can’t just make those people, whom call that area home, vanish. Agreed it’s the people in that location, but they go hand in hand. Would you buy a $1M condo to be down the hall from murders & drug dealers? (Note: I understand the majority of people in the mccormack complex are not either of these, but a measurable amount of that population is)
