Developer Jon Cronin needs just a little more sidewalk for his new luxury condo development at 150 Seaport Blvd.  Yikes!  Sounds like a hefty price tag but Cronin will most likely pay it because he needs it.  According to the Boston Globe, without the the triangle of sidewalk, there will not be enough space for the the $260-million condo tower.

So really what’s another 2 mil?

“NO INCOME” people do NOT deserve to live in prime locations of one of the most desirable cities in the country to live in.

Like I have been saying…the free ride is over. Time to pay the piper!

I am well aware of Karma, Ed, thank you. And yes, I do sympathize.

But this country has become far too comfortable with all of the free handouts. The gravy train is grinding to a halt and Boston needs to recognize that.
