About the instructor:
Lauren Hendry has been motivating, instructing and choreographing fitness classes for nearly 3 decades. After the birth of her first daughter in 2004, she began mommy and me stroller fitness classes and upon the birth of her second daughter in 2006, she added studio-based workouts for mom and baby, prenatal fitness classes and now, mom and baby barre!  Lauren truly believes the necessity of both prenatal and post-natal fitness and the importance for both body and mind.  Not only the physical aspect of the exercise is important but also the psychological and emotional benefits are equally important.  It’s the community aspect and sharing these new life changes that are important for a new mother.  And what better an opportunity but in a fitness class setting!  Lauren has been certified through AFAA, ACSM, Evolve Barre and once an apprentice dancer with the Berkshire Ballet.
