C2 Pilates (840 Summer Street) wants you to “jump” for a great cause on Saturday, April 19th beginning at 9am though 11am.   Jump is a class taught on the Pilates Reformer using a vertical jump board instead of a foot bar. Designed to provide a cardio boost in a zero gravity environment, Jump employs the core principles of Plyometrics, strengthening multiple muscles simultaneously without adding any stress to the joints. Additional benefits of Jump include improved core strength and endurance.  Plus it sounds like fun!

Classes are $25, with all of the proceeds going directly to the Foundation.
