Kids Club:
Looking for some fun fitness for the kids? Learn the fundamentals of boxing fitness at the BOXFIIT Circuit Class, BAG Work Classes and more! It’s an awesome way for kids to learn discipline, team training principles and group workouts.??Hour-long kids classes are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 2pm-3pm and each member (student and parents) are allowed to take classes together or individually.
It’s a great interactive way to work out with your kids or get a workout while your kids enjoy an engaging fitness experience.??
