I just subscribed. The older I get the more I miss home. Grew up in the Old Harbor and hung out with the Aces.
I know a Richie Dahill. Saw him most recently at Hacka Higgins house last St. Patrick’s Day. I have lived on Martha’s Vineyard for last 35 years. Got established here because local Jewish community needed a Hebrew teacher.
Yeh, I know, doesn’t make sense. Irish kid from Southie?? Spent 4 years in Israel and learned the language.
Oh, and converted. Who knew??? Anyway, I have a few stories to tell and with some decent editing they may be
worthy of someone’s time and attention. I also have a selfish motive; I would like to find so many friends that I miss
now more than ever. I would appreciate your feed back. Leagal name: Avi Lev
    Birth name: Bobby, “Boe” Adams

Oh, almost forgot. I was walking down College Ave. in Berkeley, Cal a few years ago and I come across a bistro
called “Southie.” I took a few photos of the sign and sent them to a Southie newspaper, perhaps you saw it.
Anyway, it wasn’t a mere coinsidence; the former chef, at one time, lived in Southie. I wasn’t able to get his name.
I still have the photo if you’re at all interested.

Hello Avi Lev, Are you any relation to Eddie Adams who used to perform an imatation of “Ed Sullivan”. Did you attend the reunion of the “Old Harbor” last September? If you are, I hope you’ll be voting for Rich Dahill for Senator. Welcome back to your roots. Slainte
