My hairless Chinese Crested dog Paco was just diagnosed with Cushing disease. He will be 13 years old on June 7th. I am hoping Paco makes it to his 13 th birthday. Treatable, no cure!I Lost my other dog Ming, he too was a Chinese Crested 12 1/2 years ago. I can tell you time stops for no one! Sorry for you loss of your beautiful dog, Sunny!

Even though I now have an adorable and beautiful pet Congo African Grey Parrot named Aziza (who I purchased almost 7 years ago, when she was a 2.5 month old baby.), I still occasionally think of my now-deceased 20 year old pet Noble Macaw, McGee, who died of unknown causes, when I hear/read about people losing their beloved pets.

Sorry about the loss of your dog Ming, and about Paco’s incurable illness. Take care…best.

What a beautiful poem about a beautiful dog! I got a lump in my throat. Sorry for the loss of your beloved Sonny. Losing a pet is just as tough as losing a human loved one or friend.

Take care…all the best to you and yours.
