South Boston, MA— September 5, 2023 — The Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer of Mass Bay Credit Union (MBCU) are pleased to announce the appointment of Dolores J Alves to Executive Administrative Assistant.

In this role, Dee assists the CEO, COO, and Board of Directors. She also manages various tasks including compiling and reporting on policy and audit tracking, vendor management and compliance, while ensuring the overall efficiency of daily office operations.

“Dee is a vital member of the team at Mass Bay Credit Union. She is part of the IT Steering and Compliance committees, and also volunteers and supports various charitable events for the MBCU Charitable Foundation. Her skills of management, networking, volunteerism, and interest in creating an organized and efficient system in the office are just a few of the reasons we feel Dee is a perfect fit for the role,” said Terry Dorilas, Chief Executive Officer.

Based in MBCU’s headquarters in South Boston, Dee Alves has extensive administrative and management experience in various industries including education, insurance, and charitable foundations, making her a superb contributor alongside the MBCU Senior Management Team.
