new morning yoga class
A perfect way to start the morning? With a good stretch! Stretch, strengthen and energize at a new morning yoga class on Tuesdays from 6am-7am and Saturdays 8am to 9am.
This new yoga class takes place at the Woods School of Irish Dance Studio (168 H Street) and it's just $5. All levels are welcome and the instructor is R.Y.T.T. certified.
