South Boston Grows

How does your garden grow?

South Boston Grows is hosting their annual fundraiser on Friday, September 21st at 7pm at the Seapoint Restaurant (367 East Eighth Street).  Helping the youth of South Boston understand the importance of community green space, farming and eating healthy, South Boston Grows is an amazing organization in our community.  The evening will feature a local dinner made with fruits and veggies from the garden, music, and raffle prizes donated by local businesses.

Items on the menus that are tempting our tastebuds?   Three different types of lasagna including traditional, eggplant and vegan, tomato, mozzarella, and basil salad, garden grown pesto, and herbed butter.
