In the spring of 2014 my family sent $1400.00 to have a plaque placed on a bench. After repeated calls to  Bill Spain which were futile – I am hoping that this communication will shed some light on the status. Bill told me the designer was out sick, we were next on the list, the list couldn't be found the CIA would notify me when the plaque was being placed,  etc. etc. After our last conversation he suggested I call back in April, but knowing I would get the run-around I am now trying this method. Also, I was unsucessful in trying to reach Pat Reid. The check was written by Joan Donovan Kilmon from Huntingtown, Maryland and the inscription was In Memory of all those from 176 1/2 N St.  I look forward to hearing from you,

    Thank you.

    Sincerely,

    Priscilla Murphy
