Be a writing coach

Help a budding Hemingway .  The Citizen Schools at the Dever-McCormack in Dorchester is looking for a few volunteers to to be a writing coach for their 8th grade students.  The goal is to improve writing skills by having each student work one-on-one with a coach every other Tuesday afternoon from 2:50-4:10, beginning on January 15th.

I would like to volunteer to be a writing coach.  My telephone number is:  617-319-7788.  I am retired from the MBTA and working part-time as a registered nurse.  I love to write.  I have been taking writing courses at UMass with the Olli program.  I have written many short stories and I'd love to help.
