Friday, October 17th - Sunday, October 19th

Pick up a map and explore the studios and warehouses that are home to painters, sculptors, ceramicists, jewelers, performance artists, printmakers, book artists, photographers, and more.. Meet and chat with artists in their studios and discover new works and treasured favorites.  See Fort Point’s art galleries and find public art installations throughout the neighborhood including a giant pyramid floating on the Channel.  In addition to the more than 150 artists studios and galleries which will be open, Fort Point Open Studios features a series of special events, including: artists’s demos, performance, public art,  hands-on activities for all ages and Member’s Group Show at the FPAC Gallery.  The fun happens on Friday, October 17th: 4-7pm, Saturday and Sunday October 18th and 19th from noon-6pm.  This event is free to the public + free parking  For more information visit:

Saturday, October 18th

Join SBCA on Saturday, October 18th for a night of play gambling- Black Jack, Craps, Roulette and Poker!  Play for a chance to win some great prizes- like an ipdad mini, weekend getaway and Tiffany jewelry!  The proceeds from this event go to the school to benefit the students and to help keep the cost of tuition down for all families in our beloved community.

South Boston Catholic Academy is a not-for-profit school system in need of community support and folks like you who are willing to get involved and have some inexpensive fun!

Saturday, October 25th

Put on a costume and help support St. Peter Academy!  You just might win a cool 5 Grand!  On Saturday, October 25th at 7pm The St. Peter Academy Spooktacular Reverse Raffle takes place at the legendary Lithuanian Club on West Broadway.  Tickets are $100 to participate in the raffle for $5000. ($20 to attend the party but not participate in the raffle.) There will be appetizers, desserts, a DJ and a cash bar.  Who knows?  You just might be the lucky winner! 

Saturday, October 25th and Sunday, October 26th

A local favorite, The Children's Magical Halloween Castle, takes place this weekend on Saturday, October 25th and Sunday, October 26th 12pm-4pm each day.  The Castle Island Association transforms Fort Independence at Castle Island into a family friendly Halloween showcase.  Enjoy magic tricks, storytelling, popcorn and treats.  Don't forget to wear your costume.  This event is free and open to the public.

Saturday, November 8th 9am-12pm

In the spirit of Storage Wars, enjoy the ultimate yard sale and recycling event at Boston Seaport Self Storage!  Featuring a tent sale loaded with good stuff ready to be bought like furniture, clothing, sporting goods and more, pop-up shops, and refreshments.
