Chinese New Year is the Chinese festival marking the start of the new year on January 31st, 2014.  In the Chinese culture, the new year begins on the second new moon after the winter solstice and ends on the full moon fifteen days later. 2014 is the Year of the Horse – a high energy year filled with victories, unexpected adventure and surprising romance – all right!
