If you’re a fish fan, don’t miss out on the 6th Annual Boston Seafood Festival, happening this Sunday, August 13th, in the Seaport District .
Hosted by the Boston Fisheries Foundation, the one-day fest takes over the historic Boston Fish Pier from 11am to 7pm. Guests can look forward to chef demos, clambakes, a live DJ, shucking contests, educational events, and, yep, tons and tons of tastings.
The festival serves as a way to celebrate Boston’s deep maritime heritage and encourages all to learn about the oldest industry in the United States. Plus, tickets come with a lobster bake and access to the Harpoon Beer Garden.
