The much anticipated salad shop Shredded is now open at 246 West Broadway and feature delicious salads and noodle bowls! The new healthy concept restaurant will be serving up items like “Cowboy Up” Steak Salad with Roasted Flank Steak, Farro, Arugula, Charred Red Onion, Roasted Chick Peas, Blue Cheese Vinaigrette

Sweet Potato Pad Thai with Sweet Potato Noodles, Carrots, Chopped Egg, Scallions, Cilantro, Bean Sprouts, and topped with Toasted crushed peanuts.

    It cracks me up that they got a B for their food safety/sanitation exam as the “healthy salad place”. Read the rules!!!!!

      Ummmm. Not sure where this “B” comment is coming from since we were awarded an “A” from the City Health Department. So before you go throwing false accusations around perhaps you should do your homework!!!

    Groan. All the cool restaurants keep opening up on West Broadway. How about something out here for us lace curtain Irish? We like to eat too.
