Enjoy an MLK Day edition of Loco’s signature brunch service, with special guest DJ LayZBoy. Beginning at 10 a.m., Executive Chef Matt Drummond will be dishing out favorites from Loco’s Weekend Brunch menu, including Breakfast Tacos (carnitas, scrambled cheesy eggs, smoked tomatillo salsa, chile de arbol), decadent PB&J French Toast (peanut butter & berry jam stuffed, banana foster sauce, spiced peanuts), and the juicy Brunch Burger (grilled beef burger, black beans, pickled serranos, cilantro, bacon, sunny-side duck egg).

Those looking for a liquid brunch can keep the weekend going with signature cocktails from Bar Manager Kaitlyn Fischer, including the cult-favorite Coco Margarita (Coconut Marg: Maestro Dobel tequila, house triple sec, fresh lime, and coconut) and a variety of other signature sips.  DJ LayZBoy will take the stage at 12 p.m. and brunch will end at 4 p.m. 

Guests can also head to Lincoln for their Weekday Brunch on Monday. Chef Nick Dixon and team will be serving up brunch favorites beginning at 10 a.m. on January 15, including Pumpkin Pancakes (graham cracker crumble, cream cheese frosting, plump golden raisins, bourbon maple syrup) and Pastrami Hash (house smoked brisket, piquillo peppers, smashed yukon potatoes, sautéed leeks, poached eggs, whole grain mustard hollandaise), as well as classics like Lincoln Sliders (bacon aioli, muenster cheese, sunny-side up quail egg, potato bun) and Baked Goat Cheese Dip (house made fig jam, toasted almonds, sourdough). Lincoln’s wood-fired pizzas will also be available.

Coppersmith has a new brunch menu! Starting at 11:00AM and available until 3:00PM on the weekend, guests can indulge in the carefully crafted brunch menu available all weekend long featuring starters such as Sweet Potato Donut Holes with graham cracker dust and Fluff crema ($8), Hangover Tots with chorizo, marjoram and white peppercorn gravy ($8) or Double-Smoked Chicharones with Arepa and mango mojo ($10). For those looking for a savory brunch, new menu items include Caballero with a sweet plantain hash, rice, Rojo, cheesy eggs and Arepa ($12), Chopped Salad with house-made dressing ($11) and Steak ‘n Eggs with marinated sirloin, rosemary garlic potatoes, chimichurri and a fried egg on Texas toast ($18). Coppersmith’s classic brunch fair also includes the popular Smoked Brisket Hash ($12), Shakshuka ($12), and Brunch Burger ($12) will also be available.

For those looking for a boozy brunch, celebrate the weekend with Coppersmith’s new Bloody Mary Flights and DIY Mimosa Flyers. The Bloody Mary Flight ($26) includes four variations of the classic Bloody Mary, including Bloody Brew with Corona and house bloody nix with a cumin rim and garnished with pickled jalapeños, Bloody Maria with Ghost Tequila and house Verde mix with a jalapeño salt rim and lime wheel, a classic Bloody Mary with Absolute Lime and house bloody mix garnished with cornichon, olive and celery and last, but not least Bloody Vino with white wine, house bloody mix and garnished with pickled grapes. The DIY Mimosa Flyer ($48) serves 2-4 guests and arrives at the table in a mini Radio Flyer wagon with a bottle of DeLuca Prosecco, a choice of three juices and fruit garnishes.

The Broadway will also be serving up brunch!  Enjoy Boozy S’mores Hot Chocolate,Coffee & Donuts – classic Irish coffee served with a two donut hot skewer, Cinnamon Monkey Bread – warm from the hearth with maple cream cheese icing, Sausage scramble biscuit – milk gravy, black pepper & cheddar and Skinny egg whites, kale pesto & tomato frittata (v) feta & fine herbs!  Yum!
