The Cornerstone Pub

As one of the original old school bars in Southie, The Cornerstone Pub has been a fixture in the neighborhood.  In the past year a kitchen has been added allowing it to compete with the best of the restaurants in town.  Chef Jimmy Ahearn has created a menu of classic comfort foods inspired by dishes your mom use to make – like steak tips fresh off the grill with mashed potatoes and chicken broccoli and penne in a wine and garlic cream sauce (our favorite!)

The menu also has plenty of pub food to choose from like juicy burgers, pizza, sandwiches and wraps.
Feeling like mexican?  Chef Jimmy Ahearn has added some Mexican dishes to the menu that are muy delicioso! We recommend the enchiladas!

The Cornerstone offers a full bar so order up a cocktail or a domestic beer (just $3.50) to complete your lunch or dinner experience.

Insider’s tip:
The Cornerstone has a function room available.  Perfect for your next surprise party or get-together!  They have parking and it’s conveniently located across from the T.
