Southie food and drink lovers rejoice!  After much anticipation, The Broadway will open its doors on Wednesday!  The newly built-out super-size spot is located at 728 East Broadway!  Here are some highlights of the menu that we can’t wait to try!

Signature Broadway cocktails:
The Persephone is a vodka based cocktail with St. Germain Elderflower, house simple syrup, a squeeze of lemon and prosecco that is poured table side atop a pomegranate infused ice cube and chilled orchid.  Yes!

New to Boston, The Broadway features a Nitro Draft Expresso Martini. This is on tap and served at the perfectly chilled temp of thirty-eight degrees. Classic cold brew coffee infused with Tito’s vodka, Kahlua and Bailey’s Irish Cream. The perfect weekend hangover cure!

Jumbo cocktails to share! Bourbon Cider Punch served in an oversized chalice to be enjoyed by four to eight friends. Made to order combining Four Roses Bourbon, fresh pressed apple cider, cinnamon syrup and a splash of lemon.

Starters:
Blistered Shishido peppers with a hint of sea salt and squeeze of lime.

Leafy Greens:
Shaved Brussel sprout, butternut & kale salad with quinoa topped with cranberries, shaved apples and walnuts.

Pizza:
Sweet Corn Pizza: Roasted corn and poblano, chorizo, cotija, cilantro pesto, topped with chopped arugula and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.

I was in there last night for the soft opening, there is no feel of the old Beer Garden left in there. It’s basically just a nicer version of Lincoln with better food. Can’t wait to see the line wrapped around L st!

Good, BBG was very overrated. Nothing unique about it. As long as the broadway’s line is shortening the line an lincoln then I think everyone can get behind that.
