Friday Night Flights! Each Friday evening, GrandTen will open the distillery doors to those interested in a more in-depth understanding of handcrafted spirits. Offering a detailed tour, followed by a relaxed tasting of our full line of products (along with special, limited-run spirits not available anywhere else), you’ll keep a tasting glass as a souvenir. These tastings will include discussions on mixology, the history of Boston spirits, and the spirit world more generally. To keep these tastings intimate and conversation lively, seating will be initially limited to 20 reservations.

Support:
You’re invited to come out and show support for our neighborhood BPD and State Police.  Gather with neighbors and friends during this difficult time for law enforcement and show them we appreciate the hard work they do everyday.  A group will be meeting on Friday, December 26th at 4:15 in front of the C-6 Station at 110 West Broadway.  All are encouraged to attend.  A vigil will also be held for Officer Rafael Ramos and Officer Wenjian Liu of the New York Police who were slain last week in the line of duty.  

Watch:

Workout:
Did you overindulge this Christmas?  Crossfit (385 Dorchester Ave.)bootcamp is just what you need to get in shape!  Don’t be intimidated! The CFS Bootcamp is a community-based, high energy, circuit-style conditioning workout without the use of barbells or high skill gymnastics. This program is more challenging than your average bootcamp, but less intense than CrossFit. The primary focus is on conditioning through running, rowing, and calisthenics, along with the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, sleds, tires, and bodyweight movements.
This bootcamp is great for weight-loss, extra conditioning, or as a ramp-up into CrossFit classes – and you’ll start off the new year getting in kick-ass shape!
