A fun and free event at 555 Gallery
You’ve been meaning to do something about those naked walls in your apartment, right? Well, have we got an event for you! While sipping a glass of wine, peruse the work of 12 emerging photographers at 555 Gallery – 555 East Second Street – on Saturday, May 16th from 2pm-5pm. Peer into the flat files of 555 Gallery during their first annual “Personal Portfolio Walk.” Meet the photographers, ask questions and purchase some art. It’s a great excuse to mix and mingle with friends and neighbors and who knows – maybe meet someone special…..
This is a series of events that will run Thursday evenings, May 21, 28, June 4, 11 from 6 – 8PM and Saturdays, May 16, 30, and June 6, from 2 – 5pm. Wine and snacks will be served.
The gallery is located in South Boston, where old industrial and new residential meet the Seaport and Innovation Districts. The gallery resides in 2000 square feet of a renovated 1950s manufacturing plant. For more information visit: http://www.555gallery.com
