Is Southie going to be the new Las Vegas?
It seems as though Casino mogul Stephen Wynn has set his sights on the South Boston Waterfront. Wynn has hired a local public relations firm and a lobbyist in hopes to buid a casino resort overlooking Boston Harbor in the Fan Pier district of the waterfront. Wynn Resorts LTD has created some of the world's most famous and beautiful casinos including the The Mirage, Bellagio, and the Golden Nugget. Of course, a casino always has a measure of controversy.
